We specialize in hands-on pottery and painting workshops, where you create from start to finish … with our amazing instructors guiding you along the way!
Forage Community studio offers many options to try pottery and build your skills. Join a class or a workshop in wheel throwing, hand building, or watercolour painting.
Materials are always included. Beginners are always welcome. Fun is always had.

Workshop: Rival Trade Collab - Ugly Xmas Sweater Beer Steins

Friday November 21 | 6 - 8 PM.
Join us at Rival Trade Brewing for the holiday-edition Beer Stein Hand Building Workshop. Get in the holiday spirit by wearing your fav ugly Xmas sweater to the workshop too! Each participant will hand build and personalize their own unique stein from stoneware clay. Crafted by your hand, for your hand, no prior pottery experience needed and all materials provided. Each participant will also receive 1 drink ticket to enjoy a local brew during the workshop. 18 +
Workshop: Movember Mugs

Join us for a Mug Hand Building Workshop using slab building techniques. By the end of the workshop, you'll have created a personalized, one-of-a-kind moustache mug, ready for all your hot beverages! This is an adult only workshop. No prior pottery experience is needed and all materials are provided. 16 +
Workshop: Tree Luminaries

Get in the holiday spirit by creating your own tree luminaries. Each participant will make 2 luminaries, perfect for string lights or tealights, making your home look festive. No prior pottery experience is needed and all materials are provided. 16 +

Saturday November 22 | 12 - 2 PM
Join us for a holiday ornament pottery workshop at Rival Trade Brewing. By the end of the workshop, you'll have created multiple personalized ornaments perfect for your Christmas tree or gifting to someone special! There will be lots of shapes and patterns available to create your very own designs! 18 +

Watercolour Classes + Workshops
Workshop: Beginner Watercolour Painting
$125 / person (16+) - 6 hr Workshop
Over the course of this one day watercolour painting workshop, you will learn watercolour techniques to improve your painting skills. You will learn skills such as basic colour theory, learn many wet and dry painting techniques, and soft landscape painting. Then, using your own reference photos, you’ll put your new techniques to the test, with the help of our talented painting instructor!
This workshop does not include materials. A beginner basic tool kit or equivalent is required. (Details on this coming soon).
